They offered same day repair however I wasnt available so they came out on Saturday as I requested (the only company of 4 that I called who offered weekend appointments). Turns out my oven was overheating and needed a new part that could not be ordered until Monday. They were thoughtful enough to turn off that part of the oven so I could still use the stovetop to cook, which I appreciated. And they returned by Thursday to complete the job, as promised it was to be complete by Friday at the latest. The technician himself was professional and even friendly to my dog and child. I would call this service first for any future repairs and would recommend them to anyone. ~ XY Z

I called Express Appliance the day ( actually it was the end of the day) my dryer went out and they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Constantine started communicating with me right away about my appointment. He communicated with me this afternoon to confirm he was on his way. On his way he ended up with a flat tire AND had to travel through a horrible storm. Through the ordeal he kept communicating and after all that, still came and fixed my dryer!!! He was very calm, friendly and professional even after what he had just gone through. Constantine went above and beyond my expectations!! Although I was hoping for a different outcome my washing machine was not worth the money to get fixed. Nick was the one who diagnosed the issue and was very honest and upfront with me. I just googled this appliance company and was hoping that it was good since I knew nothing about them and my first interaction I am very pleased. Time to go buy a new washing machine. I also asked Nick what he thought was the best brand and the best place to get a new washing machine for the money. He was very instrumental in advising me. Artem from So Appliance was great! He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my GE refrigerator, had the parts on hand, and repaired it within an hour, restoring it to full and proper functioning. Artem was also very friendly and kind enough to delay processing my check for payment since I couldn’t afford the entire cost on that day. It was more than I was expecting to pay but well below what a new fridge of this model would cost. As such, I highly recommend So Appliance! I had a great experience with this appliance company. They initially repaired an older dishwasher, but when additional issues came up, they handled it with complete honesty and integrity by refunding the prior repair (minus the service charge). That kind of transparency is rare. I decided to purchase a new appliance in Miami, brought it back, and they were able to install it the very same day. The technician took his time, did the job right, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Very professional, honest, and hardworking people. Jake fixed our refrigerator, we called on Memorial Day as it was an emergency but we didn't expect someone to come that day, but Jake came, diagnosed the problem and started to fix it, gave us a price and an estimate, we thought about it and agreed as there was no choice, but I want to say the prices are fair, after that Jake replaced the sensor and the hair dryer in a hard to reach place! He checked the compressor afterwards and didn't charge a dime for it! Highly recommend this company and especially Jake! What a wonderful technician this Jake is! ~ Ye V

My frig and freezer quit working. I called them and they were here in an hour and they figured out what was wrong and gave me the estimate to repair it. . Now I have to decide if I wanna fix it or just go buy a new fridge, but they explained everything they were doing at the time and what the process was to fix it Nikita was very Kind and felt genuinely sorry that my compressor went out. Now to decide fix it or get rid of it. If we decide to fix it, they will be called back and I will definitely use them again. ~ Theresa H

Our washer died just before memorial day weekend. I found these guys through Google and as soon as I called they said they could come Sunday and check out what was going on. They found the pump and control board were the issue and had us up again in just 3 days because of parts needing to be ordered. After our washer ran like new. Thank you so much for getting it fixed. Exceptional Service and follow through. Repaired my Blaze outdoor ice maker. Tried calling many appliance repair companies prior to hiring Express and was refused service by all. Called the manufacturer and they couldn’t recommend anyone in this area either. Express said no problem when I called them. They even called the manufacturer for the part needed which arrived in few. Making the apt. was quick and easy and they could come the next day. Received a text on day of apt with the tech’s name. Sergey arrived early, always good, and was very professional and explained the problem and how he fixed it. He also took the time to explain a couple of other things about my refrigerator. I would recommend this company 100%, punctual and reasonable prices. My fridge stopped cooling and my usual course of action was always GE service. Now that they have a dedicated 3rd party handling service, the soonest they could come is 7 days away and for a more expensive trip fee. With children in the household 7 days without a refrigerator was not acceptable. EARR committed to same day and thanks to EARR my fridge is back up and running. ~ Charrisse D

Little did we know, we had a very complicated refrigerator problem and during the repair experience things kept getting more delayed and it seemed there was little hope to get the repair completed. But the guys at Express; Yurii and Serg, patiently stayed with the problem, kept at it and with one last shot, Serg finally hunted the problem down and fixed our refrigerator... Constantine came to our house to take a look at our kitchen refrigerator that had stopped cooling. He spent nearly 2 hrs to defrost the freezer using a steam machine, diagnosed the problem and did a repair to temporarily fix until new parts can be ordered. Our refrigerator decided to go bad on a Sunday, Mothers Day no less. We called Appliance Repair SO and they said a repair person would come to our home between noon and 3pm. Sure enough at 2:30 Emil showed up. He fixed our refrigerator and freezer professionally, and he explained the costs ahead of time. Nick K came to my home 6/23/25 to diagnose and repair my 1 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. He had the parts needed to repair and it was a quick 1 hour repair, he emailed me the invoice which included parts replaced. Phenomenal! Express appliance works weekends too! Remember “Rome wasn’t built in a day”. Pack your patience if parts are needed. (not their fault if it takes 2-4 days to arrive). Emil came out on a Saturday morning and did a nice overhaul on our 10 year old lightly use washing machine. Saved me about $500 over buying a new one, not considering the hassle of getting it out of a tight space and down stairs. Cleaned up the mess, offered good advice and came prepared with the correct parts based on my description of the symptoms. A very nice job by a very courteous tech. ~ Bruce B

My technician MAX was so efficient he was in and out in under 25 minutes, he diagnosed my oven in 5 minutes, took 10 minutes to fix it, we talked for 6 minutes, and told me to enjoy the rest if my day, friendly, quick, clean, and efficient, I will definitely be using express appliance repair again, will definitely request Max... ~ Jason N

My tech was excellent. He took time and checked every thing out, searched for parts and unfortunately couldn't find any. This particular fridge for my Food Trailer is not common. I was only charged the service call!!! I had to give him more out of my own conscious, knowing how long he spent trying to diagnose the problem and how hot it was in the trailer.
